Portland Storage Containers

My wife and I recently decided to take a road trip around the country.  We figured we would be gone for about six months but we wanted to make sure our house full of belongings would remain fresh so we decided to purchase a storage bin to keep all of our favorite belongings in.  We found a wonderful company online called Global Logistics Croup The company was easy to find and very professional.  We asked the Sue about purchasing a storage container and were told that a lot of people are actually doing the same thing as we were.  Well that excited us very much so we decided to go ahead and purchase the storage container.  We got a great deal on the container.  We purchased a 40 X 8 feet wide steel container that held all of our belongings perfectly.  We were told by Sue that the storage container we were purchasing was grade “a” which meant that it was guaranteed not to have nay holes or leaks.  The storage container itself was constructed of Corten steel which is known for its weathering capability.  This was very important to me because we were going to be gone for so long and I wanted to make sure that our valuables were protected.  The storage container was fitted with four vents on the inside top of the bin this is to make sure that your valuables do not end up with mildew or anything.  The container itself was empty with nothing inside meaning shelves, rods and such.  This at first concerned us but the company took care of that for us.  They added shelving, Man Door, and rods so we could hang up clothes and draperies; all of this for a small fee.  We also had the company put a lockbox on which I would suggest that everyone do, just because you could never be too safe.  The added lockbox with the existing four point locking bar was enough to make us both feel very secure.  The company delivered the storage container to our property and put it directly where we wanted it which pleased us immensely all we had to do was put down Blocks or you can go without as the ground is level.  We put a Blocks on each corner . We purchased the storage container a few months ago and recently started packing it with our valuables.  Honestly things could not have worked out better.  I would recommend this idea to anyone out there who does long term traveling like we do.
