Purity Through Struggle
I want to tell you all about a dream I had several years
ago. In the dream I was standing on the bank of a
river. The river smelled and was full of garbage. On
the other side of the river was Jesus. Jesus pointed at the
river and said, "Go in there!" I said, "No,
Jesus. Its so dirty." But Jesus insisted and I
obeyed. When I was in the river, I found myself feeling
better and better. I was being purified. A little later
I was laying on a table. I looked Just like Jesus. I
even had sandals on my feet just like his. He used all the
filthy garbage to make me whole. If you are in the middle of
"garbage" today, take heart...purity lies at the end of
your struggle if you trust in God.
