I was taught to respect my elders when I was growing
up..
Our parents and grand parents wants us to be treated the same
as others. As children I know it sounds
wierd in a way.
I have learned if you respect your employer's you
will be respected back.
My whole life has changed so much over the years just by
respecting others.
