While myself am a heterosexual, I support same-sex marriage. When
people get married its about love and families joining together.
Its about having a spouse who takes care of you when you are
sick/depressed.I wholly believe that same sex marriage should be
approved in all 50 states. By denying same sex couples the
privilege of marriage (and all that comes with that...insurance,
taxes, etc.) then we are treating them unequally.
Nowadays marriage has less to do with religion. There are a number
of people who would rather get married on the beach, in a court
house, or in their own backyard thatn in a church. If
marriage was more about religion, then why do those who are
atheists (who don't believe that there is a god) are allowed to
get married?
Why are we as a society treating people so unequally? Our
constitution guarantees us the pursiut of happiness. So why are we
trying to take that away from someone else just because you are
uncomfortable with their lifestyle and choices? You don't have
to live with it, it's not your decision about who marries who.
Your choice in all of this is who you are going to marry. Nevermind
about other people's business.

Report AbuseHow much can i really affect the community?!?!!!? I mean it's two people who love each other living they're regular life, in their regular house, with their loving spouse!!!! And it is natturall... for them!!!!!!!! I mean I'm heterosexual, but people who try to stop same sex marriage just make me mad! I mean we only have one life, and we should live it with someone we love!!! If that person happens to be the same sex, then so be it!!!!! I wouldn't ruin my life pretending to be straight!!!!!! I would marry who I wanted to, and wouldn't care what anyone thinks!!!!! So, we all just need to live OUR lives and let people who are in same-sex marriages have a break!!!!!!!!!!
