  Other than that really stupid hat, I think they all look great. Why can't we just believe that 4 women can work together and not be catty? Don't hate, celebrate.

  i feel like if the hat wasn't so big, it would've been fine.

  reminds me of that episode when Carrie started fighting with Berger, and she asked him to tell her something he didn't like about her. and he said "oh yeah? nice hat."
