Spring Cocktails

A new liqueur we're loving

-Betty Editors, BettyConfidential.com

A new ginger liqueur from France, Domaine de Canton, has Bettys abuzz. We've been sipping, testing and loving it. It's made with fresh baby ginger, honey from Provence, ginseng and Tahitian vanilla. It's like taking a vacation around the world in a glass!

It's also really delicious to cook with. Just add a splash to oriental stir fry dishes, cakes, seafood, fruit salad ... any place you'd like a dash of ginger.

I was given a bottle of Domaine de Canton as a gift and WOW, it's awesome. I've made Ginger Martini's and the Ginger Cosmopolitan from this article. Very yummy and elegant cocktail.
