Oprah, thanks for blessing Bolivar, Missouri. They are in a county that usually misses out because the rich folks in Greene County usually get all the good stuff. I used to marvel at how when you left Greene County and headed towards Bolivar, suddenly the streets were no longer paved and things went down hill. God Bless you, Oprah.
