The Broken Record

user

Obsessions can be terrible things.  You are like a broken record going round and round annoying people and they don't know how to access your off button.  I have had an obsession that has annoyed and frightened someone, and I guess they were at their wits end at how to push my off button and make it stick.  Its bad to keep things in the dark. Well now that this warped broken record is in the light I think it can stop.  I guess if I had a warped broken record grinding on and on near me I would be pretty upset also.   The problem is when you are the broken record, you don't know you are warped.  You don't know you frighten people. Life is OK in the warped fog.  When someone finally takes your broken record player out of the dark basement, you feel real bad.  You didn't mean to hurt anyone. You couldn't stop the record from going 'round and 'round.  People you care about get hurt and you get hurt.  The broken record is a sickness.  You hate the treatment because it puts you in a fog.  Life is difficult, but I guess its back to the fog for me.
