  Yeah mine too. I wish i knew HOW to contact Microsoft about this issue. I'm so pissed. All of us gen 1 user's (there can't be many of us) should be getting a priority mail package tomorrow with a new gen Zune, or one of those slick iPod touches.

  I'm absolutely infuriated with Microsoft.

  My Xbox 360 has crashed with the RRoD...twice. and now this. I think if Microsoft spent less time brow beating the competition, and more time putting put quality products this wouldn't happen. This doesn't happen to Apple, Sony, or Nintendo. Just Microsoft. Tell you anything? There products are an absolute joke. Fix or no fix they can be sure of this much, they have lost my business. I intend to buy an iPod as soon as possible.

  I already emailed CNN gonna do Fox now. 1st Gen ppl lets get on this, we deserve a new zune as Compensation! Everyone email all the news outlets now, make sure it makes evening news and hope microsoft shares will plummet, that will teach 'em

  there are no fixes as of yet Christian. Zune techs are still working to identify the problem. The 1st Gen Zune devices are totally irresponsive. Time to raise our voices since its obviously faulty manufacturing on Microsofts part. We'll see what tomorrow brings.

  This....is extremely messed up. Does anyone have any links to places where I can bite people's heads off for making my new year suck?

  I think we should all get new zunes as well. I'm actually really disappointed...zunes been pretty decent to me for years now. This is really too much....
