The Single Most Important Key to Good Health!

user

Almost everywhere these days - on radio-TV, newspapers, magazines, blogs, etc., the most talked about, written about topic is concerned with personal health.  I don't mean just about the current threat of the flu pandemic.  I refer to what has been an ongoing global epidemic of serious health problems specifically about obesity, cardiac health, digestive health, etc.

Through all these alarming reports and developments, do you realize that the most important key to solving this serious, life threatening conditions starts with YOU? Yes, YOU, ME, as individuals.  We each have to first make that important decision to be healthy.  It sounds very elementary common sense, but how else can we explain the continued rise in health problems?

My personal experience and observation is - anyone who wants to be healthy needs to first make that decision to become healthy - and then go ahead and Do Something about it.  So very basic, so very simple, right?  But ask yourself, have you made that decision?  Are you doing something about it?  I have personally met and talked to a lot of people who very obviously need to be healthy - and I have tried to discuss ways and means for them to improve their health.  The common reaction?  Either passive indifference, or seeming concern, but all ending up with accepting the status quo.  No personal decision made, no commitment to do something about it.  Good to know, but not for me, thank you.

There are all sorts of solutions, advices, tips, etc., out there - but unless you personally decide to be healthy - you will not get there.  All these media reports, blogs, etc. will only be background noise that mean nothing to you - unless you first accept that you are not in good health, and that you must make yourself healthy.

Only when YOU - and no one else but you - make that decision to be healthy can the process of becoming healthy begin.
