  Billy Bob is attractive because he looks so trashy and he is so intelligent. Always looks like he needs to be rehabilitated and bathed.

  Billy Bob is the bad boy your mamma warned you about. He is hot!!! He can make you feel nasty just by looking at you. This guy can leave crumbs in my bed anytime.

  Just speculating, but maybe it's something that can't be seen on screen and thus escapes us.

  For example, maybe it's charisma. People who have met him in person say that Bill Clinton just exudes it---that he can enter a room and completely take it over. He's charming on camera, but it's not the same thing as that sort of personal magnetism.

  Or maybe---well, I knew a guy once who had an, ah, aversion to soap and water, if you get my meaning. He looked grimy all the time, sort of like a homeless person, and he smelled sour and nasty. To other guys, that is. But he did amazingly well with women. I once asked a girlfriend of his whether she had noticed the stench. She just looked puzzled and slightly offended, and replied that he smelled "like a man"...

  So although he looks skeevy ( and what is up with dressing like a member of KISS? ), maybe he exudes charisma. Or BO. Who knows?

  I personally don't get it , however, I really think Billy Bob's attraction is he is well endowed and can "lay the pipe" if you catch my drift. Men I've known who have had a wide range of women gf's, wives, lovers, that was always the common factor when someone would ask them what the attraction to a seemingly non-attractive man:

  I never could understand what the heck Angelina Jolie saw in this slimy creep. And their rumored weird, kinky sex life. And yeah, it really made me want to hurl too the way him & Angelina were always sticking their tongues down each other's throats at red carpet events! Ewww, DISGUSTING! Yeah they were in love, blah blah blah... SO WHAT?! No need to friggin' display it to the rest of the world & repulse everyone! So glad Brad Pitt & that whole humanitarian work has finally turned her into a normal, sane human being!

  The problem with the "hung" theory is---how does a woman know before she's gotten involved enough to see him nekkid? And clearly women have and are getting involved. For that matter, they have to agree to date him in the first place. Without knowing.

  Unless past girlfriends are talking him up in the right circles or something.

  Maybe it's the fact that he has the confidence to let the world see his flaws. Women are attracted to men that don't hide their true self. That way you don't find out what he's "really like" later.

  And/or, maybe all the Hollywood Babes are just tired of having to compete with their dates on the "Beautiful People" scale.

  I find him both creepy and intriguing. But, for me, the fact he's touched A. Jolie makes him dirtier and less attractive than anything else about him. I'm not jealous of her beauty - she just gives me the creeps.
