User post: Why normal people should be estatic they are not celebrities

  • You may feel you need plastic surgery and wind up with a botched stomach like Tara Reid, or dead like Kanye’s mother, or need a neurosurgeon like Usher’s Wife.
  • People you may think are your friends will sell your information to tabloids for a quick buck.
  • Everytime you are bloated from the arrival of your monthly visitor, the world is informed you have a baby bump.
  • Your child is sick and you run to the store for medicine in your less than attractive sweats and the world thinks you’re on drugs.
  • Some fans become huge stalkers. You have to hire bodyguards and hope no one kidnaps you child for ranson money.
  • You may feel inclined to name your child Suri, Pilot Inspektor, or Poppy Honey.

I agree. I would not EVER want to live under a microscope like some celebs. I'll take their paycheck, sure, but not anything else that comes with it.

Ohhh please. These Celebs do it to themselves. I have no pity for any celeb. Do you hear stories about Tom hanks? Denzel? What about Meryl Streep? Ohh they are old? Ok what about Mandy Moore? Leonardo Dicaprio?

They are never getting into trouble and are just as famous as Paris and her Parissites.

Well Apple, they deserve it an then they don't. Some of them just want to act and there is nothing wrong with that. They try and stay under the radar and just can not. Others they strive to be on every cover. They deserve what they get.

Being in this industry draws some super strange people. Ego, ego, ego. I have no sympathy for them. For example Denise Richards. Stupid meets stupid. I think anything she gets she has coming.

And I am sympathetic to John Travolta and his child dying, OMG, it does not get any worse, but he has fed the media with puts his thoughts out to the people about his religion. They set them selves up and then want quiet. Give me ma break.

If you talk to the people the people want to talk back.

If you use your platform to reach out in to the public you get what you get.

I feel bad for the celebrities that are criticized for their weight, because they are human too and not everyone has the easiest time being skinny. But for the celebs who act ridiculous in order to draw attention to themselves are definitely asking for trouble. I would take being a nobody with an average life over being a celebrity any day! I love my life, even though it may not always be perfect.
