Ok So it's not as cold here as in the picture back inn January, but it sure feels like it. Seems strange that just a few weeks ago we were burning up, sweating, and in need of the air conditioner, and now we are trying to get the pilot lit on the furnace. I was ready for the hot days to go away, but I wasn't quit ready for 50f and below temps. What happened to the in between? Nice, mild 70f to 80f degree days would be quit nice!
Went to the fair last night. Wish I'd of took my coat. Spent too much money. I remember when it didn't cost an arm and a leg to go. It used to be free for students, and now its $8 per person. Turkey legs are up to $8 or maybe more, only bargain still there is the 32 oz drink @ one of the booths. It's ONLY $2.50. Do these people make a killing or what? Bought 3 bottles of Oklahoma made wine to go along with our collection. Really didn't seem to get much done other than walking off a pound of fat.
Now it is back to the work week, and I'm not looking forward to it. I am still waiting on my dream man to take me away from all this. It is getting difficult to work at a job that I have to be on my feet all day. Oh well, @ lest I have a job.
