WHAT A WEEKEND! GOOD BAD & UGLY!
On the good---Avon order ready to go in & have two New Reps to
get started. The bad had to have people over with a clogged
kitchen sink. The ugly---clog caused backup when water system
kicked in at 3am yesterday---water, water everywhere. More
ugly---had to ask friend to run a snake during the holiday. Even
more ugly---still have a clog somewhere between kitchen clean out
and septic. Plumber coming. All dishes and old towel
dirty and chemicals in water in kitchen sink (hasn't moved
any!) Makes you appreciate running water again. As a
small child I remember having to carry water from the pump and
taking washpan bathes. It was us 4 little ones at home with
my mom, a single parent who was purchasing her own house. I
was always amazed at how she managed to get things done with our
lack of money. Miss her.
