What have I become ?

Well, let's see.. I'm a 38 year old mother of 2. The oldest is soon to be 17 and the youngest is 12. My children are wonderful and the best thing that ever happened to me. I adore them.My marraige... well, that's another story. I have been married for 20 years to my high school sweetheart. 15 of them happily, that last 5 not so happily. The last few years have been the most trying of my adult life. I think it was somewhat of a midlife crisis. All of it left me empty and asking... Who am I, really ? What has all that I've gone through meant ? Will I ever be totally happy again ? Will I ever move on ? Life is certainly a journey and not a very fun one...

Report AbuseIts hard to comment on the information you provided. Life is what you make out of it. And sometimes you get a ----- sandwhich for no reason. It takes alot of fertilizer to grow a beautiful rose. Maybe you are just going through some changes. I hope it works out for you.
