What's Your Favorite Tearjerker?

It's fall, and that can only mean one thing: SAD. Embrace your seasonal affective disorder, and indulge in some good cryfests with our top ten tearjerkers. Don't lie! I know that hearing Bette Midler sing "The Wind Beneath My Wings" makes you reach for a box of Kleenex. Or maybe you prefer classic romances like An Affair To Remember? Maybe some mother-daughter weepies like Steel Magnolias and Terms of Endearment? Check out Premiere's list of the movies that make us bawl, and give me your two (or twenty-five) cents on what makes you sniffle.

My mom and sister have a REAL knack for finding movies where someone dies. Not a horrible grotesque death in movies like Friday the 13th, Rambo, the "Bourne" sagas, or Nightmare On Elm Street. They pick movies where a person dies a slow death like Steel Magnolias. I personally like, (or did like, [long story there]), romance movies. a few of my favorites are; Remember The Titans, World Trade Center, Flight 92 and 8 Seconds. Most of my favorites are based upon actual events and actual historical events.
