A MOTHER'S LOVE
So strong is a mother's love,
That's why I believe it comes from up above.
We hold on tight to our daughters and sons,
It's not always easy, not always fun.
Wiping the tears that are there,
We love our children, we'll always care.
When we don't know what to say,
We are there, until the feelings of fear go away.
Even when we don't know what to do,
You better believe that we love you.
It doesn't matter what you do,
We will be standing next to you.
When you think we are hard and tough,
Oh, child of mine, that's a mother's love.
Child of mine, please understand,
When you fall, I'll reach out my hand.
To guide you on the path of life, I'll try,
To let you know I love you until I die.
There is nothing stronger than a mother's love,
It is a blessing from above.
Dedicated to ALL mothers.
And to the children we love!!!

Report AbuseHi Super Abuelita, I absolutely loved your poem. Reading it, I was thinking of my son and how much I love him since the moment I found out he was to come into this world. I tell him all the time that I love him more than anything that I have ever loved on this earth, this universe and any world to come. Love my little boy. Thanks for sharing your beautiful poem...
