Heather Armstrong of dooce.com
Heather Armstrong is the creator of Dooce.com. Before blogging, Heather worked as a web designer in Los Angeles. She started Dooce in 2001 and was fired for writing about work a year later. Now Dooce is one of the most popular blogs in the world, and Heather blogs full-time. She is the editor of Things I Learned About My Dad (In Therapy), an anthology of essays about fatherhood, and she has spoken at numerous conferences. Heather was raised in a suburb of Memphis, Tennessee and now lives in Salt Lake City, Utah, with her husband, Jon, their four-year-old daughter, Leta Elise, and their dogs, Chuck and Coco.
