If there's any question about the impact that motherhood continues to have on celeb Nicole Richie, look no further than her new baby bump. She and boyfriend Joel Madden are expecting baby number two.

The couple have one-year-old daughter, Harlow. Richie told Harper's Bazaar magazine last year that having Harlow saved her life.

We love that Madden took to the Good Charlotte blog to announce the baby news. Go peek; the photo of the family is beautiful, although we don't know what's up with Nicole's headwear.

I was so excited when I read their news. I've loved seeing her transformation from that "other girl" into this new, amazingly beautiful woman. I hope they do another photo spread like they did when Harlow was born. Just lovely!

i think that nicole is ready for another baby. she has been doing very well with harlow. though sometimes i get the wrong vibe from her babys' father, if he's ready to settle down know he can take care of the soon to be harlow jr. i feel that harlow did save nicoles' life. she was headed down the wrong road and harlow brought her back. like everyone says, "having a baby changes everything". xoxoxoxoxoxoxoxoxoxoxoxoxoxoxo

She looks so much healthier now. Motherhood is just what this girl needed.
