Make your voice heard! We need you to stand with me once again to defend women's reproductive health and rights.

We have one more week until the September 25 deadline to flood Health & Human Services (HHS) Secretary Michael Leavitt's office
with objections to the recently proposed "conscience" regulations that
would take away women's access to vital reproductive health
services.

The Department offers no concrete evidence of the need for this regulatory action.  There is no need to extend the reach of laws allowing workers to raise religious or moral objections to abortion or sterilization services, no problem to solve.

We need to respond with resounding opposition and a unified message that our nation must stop playing politics with women's health, and instead focus on what's really best for women.

Personalize your letter of opposition to the dangerous proposed HHS regulations or simply sign on to ours.  Then, urge 3 friends to do the same. Click http://www.nationalpartnership.org/site/R?i=tLVm7zJpk5s4TzzwSCDn9w..

Thank you, in advance, for telling the Government that it is not acting in good "conscience" by advancing these ill-conceived regulations.
