I almost want to have a Lego party just to replicate it, no birthday necessary. Maybe an end of summer party? Hmmmm.
The key to this party under $50 is that everything but the main food dish was either home made or already something she had on hand:
- Amy made an adorable Lego-like cake. Recipe and instructions here. Cost? $5.50.
- Decorations were simple (paper pinwheels) and Lego, of course.
- Kid entertainment included building with the Lego blocks. But Amy also downloaded coloring pages from the Lego website and let the little ones get crafty.
- Food? Pizza. Easy enough.
