  Most probably he's asking for his mom's attention. When I have an errand and leave my daughter with my mom for a couple of hours, she behaves like an angel, but when she sees me back she starts to show up.

  I think that you and his mom should first get an understanding on what is best for this young boy that will eventually be a man. I have some suggestions that I feel that is important before he start school or interact with other children and that is to first discipline him for his obedient behavior which does not necessarily mean spanking. How about taking away his favorites. I think getting him involve in positive outings maybe sometime with a buddy or two around his age would do him some good. These are suggestions spankings should be the last option because he is the child, and you two are the adults if you work as a team, stsy serious at all times he csn be molded,he is only four. I also want you to keep in mind that he can also just be a rooten seed.May peace be with you and your family and I will pray that he get it together.
