  Emma, dear Emma, you sketching is wonderful. I'm sure Jules will love what you've done. These paperdolls bring back so many memories. It was a great SOLITARY activity; just you and your paper doll. Today they have those life-size cardboard people you can buy as friends or party guests. LOL

  ps, if you want the first page and outline to "Lady in the Lake", just em me...at; c.rakkit@yahoo.com and I'll send you off one. But at the rate things are right now I'm looking at 4 or 5 months till I even have an uncorrected proof of my own publishing. I do have all the tools and network for paperback publishing. It will never be hardback if I can help it, hardbacks are for collectors, I don't write enough for anyone to collect my work. Most of it I've forgotten about. My friends remind me of $hit I wrote for the 'Reader' in Chicago or the 'Bay Guardian' here but most of that I'd rather forget anyway. I do think my contribution to N.Lampoon is still somewhere out there, but certainly not 'collection' worthy.

  Awww Emma. You have to be one of the sweetest "peas" here. Jules is one very special gem here, along with you. I think that is a wonderful little gift to a friend.

  Hope you are having a wonderful Sunday. Things are a bit crazy here, but it's all positive change. I am separated now for good and I am finally taking steps to get my divorce. I know this is something that will be all good in the end. With my friends here to hold me up, how can I go wrong?
