DIY kid fun all summer
For the next 11 weeks (that's 77 days, people) I am all about crafty fun. 'Cuz that's what my kid digs.
Along with some cool kid activity blogs and sites, D.I.Y. Kids is our craft bible. From simple projects like creating notebooks to making down and dirty stuffed animals or difficult activities like building a kite, this book has enough activities to keep a kid wanting to busy for days (77 days is my target). And don't think it's just for little kids -- the projects are targeted at the kids who are 7-12 years old.
My kid's top picks include making a pamphlet journal, building boxes, story books and pop-up cards.
You can find the book online and also get some extra ideas via the D.I.Y Kids blog.
Do you have fun craft projects to share? Or have you made anything from DIY Kids?
