Kid-friendly art gallery in Los Angeles

The cities of New York and Los Angeles have long been rivals. Which has better restaurants and nightlife? Which makes better movies? Which is cooler, richer, better looking?

Well, LA just scored one point in their favor: Tinlark Gallery in Hollywood. We love their affordable art, including Catherine Ledner's animal photos, Ann Wood's handmade birds and sailboats, and Alyson Fox's haunting drawings.

But it gets even better: Gallery director Cris McCall has a 7-year-old daughter, so she makes sure the gallery is very kid-friendly. Children are invited to exhibition openings, where they get to make crafts inspired by the show. What fun!

Get your kids in-touch with their inner artiste. The best tools for each stage of their artistic development.
