Mom confessions: I use my kid's flushable toilet wipes

It's time for a Mom Confession — because, let's face it, we're real mothers and sometimes it doesn't work the way the parenting books say it should.

This Week's Confession:

I use my kid's flushable toilet wipes.

We bought some of those flushable Kandoo toilet wipes for our toddler son who was, well, not doing a very good wipe job on his own. They work marvelously, and we always keep a supply on the back of the toilet for him.

One afternoon, I was using the toilet and realized we were out of toilet paper, and there was none in the cupboard either. So I reached for one of my son's wipes. Well, it was pretty nice — all moist and soft, and I felt so clean! Now I use his wipes the time. -- anonymous

Question: Do you use your kid's flushable toilet wipes?

I thought I was the only one! I love this stuff so much that now I keep them in every bathroom. They clean your bum real nice without any harshness.

They make moist flushable wipes for adults too. There are wonderful. If you already buy Kandoo for you son, definately share them.

They are awesome ,Charmin makes good ones too. I wish public toilets had them but they are expensive so I doubt that would happen.

My husband and I have been doing this for years!

We finally saw the Charmin wipes for adults (in the toilet paper section) and they are the same thing. I have no idea which one is cheaper. I took some in my purse when we went to Europe and I was so glad I did as public restrooms rarely if ever were stocked with toilet paper.

They also feel great when you have diarrehea and your bum is sore (TMI I know).

SLM not really. My hubby would probably appreciate the coolness on his oh so lovely bottom. I am a big fan of this as well!

My Husband's doc recommended wipes after he had a surgery, and we both use them now long after he's gotten all better. Who doesn't like to feel super clean!
