Momversation: Childfree by Choice

The Childfree By Choice movement is growing, and they're blogging about their choice to remain childless.  But do they put down moms and children in the process?  Heather Armstrong of Dooce asks, "What do you think of the childfree by choicers?"

Do you think the childfree by choice folks are anti-kid?   Or do you see the choice as just another life decision?  Are you childfree by choice?  Join the Momversation by commenting in one of our related forums below:

The "childfree by choice" biaches are just bitter losers. If they were really ok with their decision to be childfree, then they would just shut their mouths and live their lives---and let others live theirs. They mustn't forget that they too were children once--duh. I wonder if their mothers quarantined them and didn't bring them to public places. Whatever. They should quit their b--tching and live their lives childfree--who cares.

Its hard when you are insulted that "you are an incomplete woman", "you hate children", "You are the downfall of society". etc etc. Now if the sourpuss parents who are now regretting their choice to have a family and are looking at a carefree life with envy (then realizing its something they will never have again) stop getting hostile and acting like its "our" fault they chose to have kids. It would be a nicer thing.

Then again if 14 kids is anything to go by...does anyone want to have kids with the nuts around and the failing ecomony? Its something to think about for sure
