But how many parents actually make the effort to return recalled products to get them replaced? And how easy are toy manufacturers making it for products to be returned? One read of this story makes me want to see the numbers on how many Jardine cribs are reported unsafe and how many new cribs are issued (The parents have to remove the crib hardware and send it back to the company, all while waiting for a voucher to get a new crib. Where's the baby supposed to sleep in the meantime? Insane.)
Do you return recalled products? Does it depend on the type of recall and if you think it doesn't pose a risk to your kids? Or do you just dump the product in the garbage?
