Press Play: PS22 chorus sings "Landslide"

For those of you who have yet to hear the
chorus of New York's PS22, it's time to get familiar. A few
weeks ago we fell in love with their vibrant
rendition of Survivor's "Eye of the Tiger." Today
the public school kids and their wonderfully talented teacher put a
smile on our faces with their take on Fleetwood Mac's
"Landslide." We love how much the children get into the
song and are amazed by their beautiful voices. In fact, we love the
PS22 chorus so much, we're making this a regular feature here
on Shine. Stay tuned for more!

Report AbuseLANDSLIDE is my favorite song of all time - the kids singing it brought s tear to my eye. I could feel how much the kids were into it. Way to go PS22 - you are awesome!

Report AbuseWhen I taught in the '60s, I was thrilled by how innovative some of my co-teachers were. (Our art teacher had her kids making 8 feet tall giraffes out of papier-mache. All I remembered from art was carving animals out of Ivory soap!) Watching this video...I am thrilled to see that talented, inspiring teachers are still out there developing the best in their students. Thank you.
