Suri Cruise Still Drinks A Bottle? Say it isn't so!

Pictures taken Wednesday on location at Katie Holmes' new movie, The Romantics, show her bottle feeding her three year old, Suri Cruise.

We've heard of women who breast feed until this age but from a silicone nipple? Say it isn't so?

If you saw a woman feeding their three year old child from a bottle, what would you think?

We don't know if she is still on the bottle, only that she had one for that time period on that day. It could be a comfort thing for her. It could be that she was having 'growing pains' and wanted to be a 'baby' for that day.

I raised 4 children and I will be the last person to pass judgement on someone without having ALL the information first.

Maybe she just had teeth pulled or other dental work done and she is supposed to be on liquids only and that is the easiest and most comforting way to get it. We haven't seen this before so I don't think that the bottle is a habit for her.

That's for her parents to judge. All I can say from my experience is that it is really hard to get a toddler off from a bottle or a beaker. I took off my little girl when she was 2 and it was not fun for both of us.

I managed to get my son off the bottle when he was less than a year and a half... I switched to the 'nuby' brand cups with soft spouts then gradually introduced regular hard spout sippys...but only when on the go..... If that girl is still drinking a bottle it should be stopped..... I'm sure they can afford the dental work but obviously the girl has some security issues.....

Huge pet peeve of mine! Huge! Drives me crazy when I see big children sucking on a bottle. Why? Because it means the parent isn't being a parent, can't say no to their child, can't give their child discipline for their own good, and it will lead to serious developmental issues later in life. It often also means that the mother can't let go of the tiny little baby and allow her daughter to grow up.

From everything I've seen, Suri is going to be one of those kids-of-stars that end up with serious emotional problems.

I'm not trying to judge her but my son is a 1 1/2 and hasn't been on a bottle since he was 11 months old. I didn't have to take it from him, he gave it up on his own...All of my friends that have kids around the same age, and their kids don't even use bottles. but i have a 4 year old lil brother in law, who still occasionally has to have a bottle, but i will tell you that it has ruined his teeth completly. So yeah i say that a three year old is to old for a bottle, i even think 2 years is to old, but to each their own, but the way i see it, Suri and her parents will pay for it sooner or later.

I think Katie neds to have another baby so she can let her oldest grow up a little. :)

.....as long as she is not mentally, physically, or verbally hurting the little girl it’s none of my business.

Some parents need to be controlling and overbearing to feel secure in their parenting…..apparently Katie does not.
