Felted Cuff Men's Bracelet, $15

If your guy's not afraid of a little adornment, this snap-cuff bracelet has just the right slightly rocker, still-masculine vibe. The red stitching implies a few sweet kisses at the wrist without being too forward. Available from VOHandmade, an Etsy boutique.

You've been dating a guy for like 7 minutes when the inevitable occurs: A holiday. And not just any holiday -- not a birthday where a nice dinner out or a bottle of wine will cover the celebration, not Christmas or Hanukkah where he's mercifully hiding away with his family at some cabin four states away, and not a contrived Sweetheart's Day or similar that you can roll your eyes at and proclaim you are far too progressive and evolved to even acknowledge. Oh no, it's Valentine's Day, and it cannot be escaped.

So how can you celebrate with your new beau without going overboard? Here are 10 great gifts that will not take it to the L-word place too soon, won't put on any sexual pressure (unless you want it to), won't break the bank and won't leave you with a regretful credit card balance if things don't work out (which they probably will after you get him one of these adorable presents).

Snap to it so you can be excited, not stressed, when you see that cute new boy this Saturday.

Thanks Jessica, I think some of these would make great V-day gifts for the "little men" in our lives as well.

I picked these out. Maybe I've been dating completely immature men (I'm kidding...no, really) but these are meant to be fun and not inspire too much stress or too many emotions women in a casual dating relationship aren't ready for just yet. If you have better (more mature) ideas, fire away! I'd love to hear them.

OK, honestly, do you want to keep the guy? Cupcakes ok cute, but the rest are retarded! guys like flowers nothing special just a rose n a card, or to spice it up what about buying something sexy and wearing it for him....there has to be 10 better ideas than those ones listed! Geez!

These ideas are lame! A keychain? A felt bracelet? Come on. Bring the guy out for lunch or suprise him with flowers or cologne. Make a romantic dinner for two and bye him a box of his favorite candy, even it's redhots (my guys favorite). Keep it simple and think what little things you yourself would find thoughtful.

I was dating this guy for 1 month when Valentine's came around. In one of our first conversations he mentioned he needed an alarm clock and mentioned he had an IPOD. So guess what I got him. An IPOD dock/radio Alarm clock. I didn't spend more than $40. I wasn't sure what to get him or if I should get him anything but I said "why not" It's something with no real meaning except for "Hey I remebered you said you needed one".

ok if anyone got me a star wars light saber I would probably stab them with it...It wouldn't hurt them but they would get the intention..
