1. His Future Hair Loss With the exception of Vin Diesel and a few others, most guys with shiny chrome domes are not deemed the sexiest men alive. That's why many guys stress about potential future loss. And if there's even a hint of thinning, it's certain to be a really sore subject.
2. His Paltry Paycheck Yes, it's a little Stone Age, but many men still like to think they can bring home the bacon. When their salaries don't stack up, they may feel emasculated. So while you may find it funny to joke about your sugar-mama status, it's not exactly the idea of good stand-up comedy to your guy.
3. His Mom He's allowed to goof on his mother's muumuus, burned Bundt cake, and obsession with Dancing with The Stars---but when you chime in, it's a different story. Guys find it disrespectful for girlfriends to rip on their moms.
4. His (Lack of) Height Ever notice how guys tend to add about two inches to their height when asked how tall they are? That's because they're sensitive to the notion that tall people tend to have more power. Plus, if you make him feel like he's small outside the bedroom, he might wonder what you really think about, ahem, his other physical attributes.

Report AbuseI don't do any of these to my guy but I'd think it goes both ways concerning the mothers and the paycheck, obviously the others are more of a "guy" thing for clear reasons. LOL
Also what pisses me off, happens to me most of the time and should be put on here: "joking" (and I mean practically attacking) close friends of mine.
There's a certain point when a guy jokes about your friends to where it gets rude and cruel and unfair, ESPECIALLY if you haven't even gotten to know them. I mean the friend for the most part has been around longer than the boyfriend so it would be a wise idea to shut your mouth because it's easier to drop a 6-month relationship than a 6 YEAR friendship.

Report Abusepssht "a little Stone Age"????? You mean a lot. It's very neanderthal-like to be like, "Stupid thing with vagina make more money, make me feel sad."
If I can, not only will I bring home the bacon, I'll bring home the god@mn pig and then some. A person's Stone Age ego isn't going to stop me.

Report AbuseAnd how did they miss joking about Man Boobies.... Telling your man he may need a bra should have made the list, after all we are the worlds most overweight country and there's gotta be many men who have them, not only that but even BUFF men have those overly round pecks that could be "joke haven" if your not careful. How about something we can use...like don't joke... or even mention in joking anything about your ex...it just makes them feel that they are still on your mind...or don't joke about their hobbies and interest, as it points out your not as compatible as he may want to believe, instead go golfing with him or encourage him to go to the shooting range with the boys to show him your SUPPORT for his interest, we should be our mans best cheerleader! Wow, I am thinking of so much that this article COULD HAVE said, I think I need to write my own article on it, LMAO!

Report AbuseI am a man but I don't care about #1, 2 and 4. Just leave my mom and actually ALL my family out of the jokes and bad mouth talks. If she's not happy with my hair, my measly pay check and my shrimp dick, she can always find another man. Quite easy!

Report Abuse(Yawn) Your petty list is of little use to me, as each item is juvenile. Perhaps you need to feel a mature relationship. One thing both in the couple need to know how to do is GET OVER IT. Sheesh.

Report AbuseIf you want to be in a successful marriage get an education involving coursework in communication skills. If you can communicate appropriately, there are very few martial problems that cannot be solved.

Report Abusei agree with all of theses examples. The bashing is for the girlfriends to hear about.
