During my visite to London , I used to go everyday to an Internet's café which was very close , just a few metres far away from the hotel where we (me and my family) stayed in the Edgwar's road (the place where you could find people that you havn't seen since ages in your country !) , for checking and sending e-mails , making a quick chat with the friends and family (just to tease them !) , having a look at the latest news ... etc !
One day , while I was watching and reading my e-mails in my usuall place , I saw a man who was sitting beside me and who didn't seem at all to be a British , complaining about something in his microphone to the café's techenican . So after the problem was fixed , he approched from my desk and introduced himself . He told me that he was from Bakistan who had been living and working in London since a long time ago (okay ! So what !) , and that now he had a problem , a serious one (did I look like a shrink or a therapist !) .
Before he talked about his issue , he mentionned that he had seen me more than once here , in this café , and he had felt that I looked like an Arabic person (Was he stalking me or what ?! Or was he a poor man who would tell me now his financial problems so that I would give him some money ! But he didn't seem someone who needed some Pounds !) .
His introduction , before he got directly to the subject that he would like to talk about , was a little bit long for someone who you could meet for the first time in a public place , and I felt uncomfortable in some way (during that , I saw my mother and my little brother who were drinking some coffee in StarBucks , just in the other side of the street , wondering about that weird man and pointing with their hands many times to me with the Okay's famous sign!). He finally decided to talk about his problem , his reason to be here with me , desturbing my peaceful night ! (after my internet's hour was almost gone ! Should I have asked him to pay me the stolen 60 minutes ?! That would have been odd and strange if I had done that ! Or I could have just in some way ignored him ! But that kind of behaviours never match with my gentle personality , as the others , not me , always describe it ! ) .
