Do you evaluate a potential partner’s rate of personal growth and compare that to yours?

As you’re evaluating someone as a potential partner, do you take into consideration their rate of personal growth and compare that to your rate of personal growth? I’m asking this with regards to discerning your compatibility with a person now versus the likelihood of your being compatible later.

For example; supposing me and a potential new partner seem fairly compatible today, but I’ve noticed that she seems to be developing herself at a much faster rate than I am. Two questions come to mind:

1) If she’s developing herself that much quicker than me, what are the odds that we’d be incompatible five years from now?

2) Is this a good example of when two people should consider being just friends?

What are your thoughts?

Wishing everyone a beautiful day!

Peace, Love and Harmony,,, Shawn.

Compatibility will be shown by telling the things you see from each other that comes in good relationship and perhaps to think a much develop deeper side of communication in a way of both developing personal growth...In a matter of patient,love..
