If the majority were to rule, is it possible that sexual harassment laws would actually be abolished.

Have men’s behavior towards women in the workplace evolved much, if at all, over the past 40 years? Click the hyperlink shown in the supporting links section to watch the video that inspired this post.

I hesitated on posting this because of the general hyper-sexual nature that seemingly dominates society today. I say that because even though men may not have evolved much, if at all, over the years, I think many people (both men and women) look forward to the sexual attention they receive and/or vent at work. And, speaking negatively, judgmentally, or hell, even constructively, about people’s hyper-sexual behavior is an extremely unpopular thing to do.

Wait a minute, just to even things up here a little, I don’t thing women have evolved any more than men have either. (Shakes head) Moving on,,,

On a side note, I think this leads to another aspect of workplace drama and dysfunction; one person acting mad and offended, ultimately because someone else is getting the sexual attention that they themselves wanted or felt entitled to. Ahhhh, yes, ya just gotta love a person who feels so empty inside because nobody is paying them enough sexual attention, if even at all. (Sarcasm)

So, is sexual harassment in the workplace really even an issue anymore? If so many people actually WANT as much sexual attention as their behavior suggests (regardless of whether or not they’d actually admit to it), then why bother pointing out the primitive and sexist behavior that men demonstrate towards women in the first place?

(Ahem, the desire for exterior power and personal validation for starters! Shawn, you’re such a knuckehead!)

I really don’t like hyper-sexual behavior being masqueraded or paraded at work and I do think sexual harassment laws serve a good purpose (to make lawyers a lot of money,,,,, kidding, kinda). But, if the majority were to rule, is it possible that sexual harassment laws would actually be abolished and sexual behavior would be encouraged and even rewarded in the workplace?

I’m sorry, Brenda, but Joyce gives a much better bleep bleep, so she gets the raise instead of you, now DEAL WITH IT, BEEIOTCH!

Oh hell, that sounds like a graphic hyperbole, but then again, is it really far from the truth? Covert manipulation aside, I think reality is often much harsher and more disgusting than this!

I recently received a cowardly anonymous comment on a prior post where I was discussing people’s hyper-sexual behavior and how it ruins so many people’s lives. They said something like; “Let people have their fun!” Ya just got to love a player or some psychopath coming out to defend The Game. And so many people just love the players, well, that is until they’ve been stung a few too times by them.

Maybe this whole post is really nothing more than me expressing my frustrations with People who fail to see how their hyper-sexual, primitive, and dysfunctional behavior creates so much toxicity in the world around.

Anywho, wishing everyone a beautiful day!

Peace, Love and Harmony,,, Shawn
