helping my friend with her problem, but i am confused! her and her
partner take a break, [his call] but they are still friends, [ its
killing her ] and in one conversation, this is what
happened.....
he told her in a ''round-a-bout'' way that he
wants her to be happy and to move on......and when
she called him out on it, remind him what he
said,asked if its what he meant because she will move on, he
answers ''well, i didnt think you would, you said youd
never do that to me'' ?????????????????? now, she
hasnt moved on, hasnt started anything with anyone else, and he
knows this,and trust me, neither has he....but before she asked him
if there was a chance for them, she reminds him of what he
said.... so shes coming to me for advice on whether she should
do.
my advice to her is ??????????????????????????????????????????/

Report Abusewell if he said he needed a break, I suggest her asking him why? And since he said you should move on, then she should do just that. Maybe not with dating, but move on with her life. She needs you right now and you need to make time to go out with her, dinner, movie, dancing, anything to help her keep her mind off him. Maybe once she does that he will realize what he's lost, maybe then she'll take him back, or better yet, maybe she'll realize her life is better off with out him.
