Hello Shine family. The last blogged I wrote about
was updating what has been going on. That included me and my
husband getting a divorce. Now, I am no way shape or form sad about
getting a divorce because I feel I am free. I saw my ex husband at
my son's bday party. He came down here to it. He basically
acted like the immature ass that he is. Futhermore confirming that
a divorce is the best idea. Now, before the bday party, I was in my
BFF's wedding. She got married and I was extrememly happy for
her. The groom's best man happened to be guy who went to
the same high school with us( actually we all did....the bride,
groom, best man, me) They are older than me. I graduated in
04...Sid( the groom) graduated in '02 and Toyia and Quinten(the
best man) graduated in '02. Anyways....he had told Sid that he
always thought I was pretty and wanted to date me in h.s. Later
that day we exchanged numbers and we texted each other all day. So
we talked on the phone all that week. We went on a date on that
following friday and it was sooo nice. Then saturday we spent
all day with each other. On sunday( that was my son's birthday
party) I was extremely stressed out because my in laws( as usual)
tried to make me feel horrible about the divorce even though their
son did the cheating and treated me like dirt.
So, I texted him and he came over when they left. He made me forget
about all the bull s--- I had to deal with. Needless to say, we are
always together and if we aren't....we are texting or talking.
Its nice to be with someone who really cares about you. Also its
nice to see a man who don't cringe because you have a
child...but cares about your baby as if it was his. I'm not
trying to rush anything...but I am enjoying myself right now.
:).....you know the drill...feel free to comment!

Report AbuseHelloOOO Barbie. Thanks for stopping in at my blog. My soon to be ex is such an AZZ! Anyhoo....I think it's sweet you found a new companion. Even when my husband lived here, I felt "alone". Don't worry about what your in-laws or anyone else, thinks.! Enjoy the new man! I think any single mom that has been through a divorce deserves some happiness, just as long as he is kind to your kids, which always comes first. Good luck!!
