How many of you out there hear a song that makes you think of yourself and your significant other, or of a romantic situation that you've experienced? I hear songs like that all the time, and let me tell you, if they're sweet they automatically make me utter a girlish "Aw, that's so sweet!" I refer to those as "fluffy" songs, which if you're trying to write any manner of love scene for any reason, those types of songs are a wealth of inspiration. For instance: a song that really speaks to me as of late is Taylor Swift's "You Belong With Me." I really connect with that song, as I'm going through a similar relationship (but not quite. I think it'll go in my favor in the end.)
