Who knew that was so hard to make friends, hey? Anyways, just two days ago I stepped on the last of my three buses to work (it's only a 3-4 minute bus ride this last one) and while I was doing so I was also listening to a really cute funky song beforehand. I'm pretty into music so when I hear a good song I usually start smiling and dancing to it. To the outside world I might just look like a huge goofball!
Once on the bus, I kept on acting super bubbly to the people around me and I caught eye with this pretty cute stranger nearby! I kept on my goofy ipod-inducing smile and he smiled a super cute one back. I took a double-take because I wanted to see if he was still watching me in my super sunshiny mood. And he was! And I just smiled back before I left the bus.
The next day I got on and he was there, and I glanced right towards him before I gave him a "Hey! It's you!" smile and he gave one back. I was a bit behind him and he made a quick turn-around glance for a split second.
I'm tempted to just go and say "Hi" tomorrow just to see what happens! You think perhaps there's a mutual attraction here? Or is that too strong of a move?
Is it EVER normal to approach a stranger you recognize on a bus?! Oh well, I guess I need to keep up my goofy non-caring mood up! It's the only way I don't care!
