I often wonder if it is natural for 1 person to be with 1 mate until death do them part? I mean in the bible men had multiple wives and in some cultures women have multiple husbands often who are related brothers, uncles ect. . . . Is it unrealistic to expect our signifigant other to not cheat or at the very least want to stray if only momentarily? Should we as a society be more open to the idea of polygamy and responsible sexual encounters outside of marriage. Is there a common ground that can be reached to decrease the high divorce rates, increasing HIV/AIDS & STD rate, illegitamate children and dissapointed and dissinchanted men and women who have unatural and possibly unrealistic expectations of relationships and marriage?

Report AbuseThough your many questions can't be answered from one point of view, I'll take my chance to answer without the intentions of being chewed out by the others that may respond. LOL! Obviously it's not what we think. There really isn't a right answer. It is Natural for a couple to be together "'Till Death", unfortunately it's not for everyone. We would like to see the world in perfect harmony, but what is perfect. Perfect is when you find someone who thinks and shares the same thoughts you do. If you prefer an open relationship and find someone who wants the same, that's great. Much is involved . . . for example, not limited to trust, honesty and safety. It is possible for men and/or women to be faithful. It could be how we are raised, values and teaching. Regardless of who teaches us (parents, friends, peers).
Being open to things doesn't mean you would do it. It could just mean you know that there are other cultures or beliefs in this society without prejudice. As long as it doesn't hurt us completely as a society, hurt any one involved, dramatize or take someone against their will, in my opinion it wouldn't hurt to be open-minded. In my opinion, there is a common ground to decrease high divorce rates. See, back then alot more people were religious or even if they weren't they respected some sort of highr power or trusted that some ways were just right than others. Alot more people were advised to therapy and counseling before marriage. Now many think so unrealistic that you can't tell them anything to snap them out. It's nice to be in love, but one has to think with their head too or just know someone better before thinking they are the one. So many people are afraid to be alone too these days. Yes, the world is getting chaotic and we could only stand firm and do the things we are certain that will make us a better person and have a healthy life.

Report AbuseThere is something about how you feel. An "Elixir" presumes a formula to combat something or to accomplish something.
Love may be a half failed form of elixir formula if this kind of formula presumes no multiple choices? An ideal formula presumes no choices?
Well, from my perspective (witch is only an opinion), that depends of how many bottles with love elixirs are nearest. That may confuse any person after all especially when he/she have nearest 100 bottles with love elixirs, but no labels.
For other persons there may be no choices. When you have only one bottle with love elixir formula, what choices can be?
Eros may be an elixir love potion producer with secret formulas for each person? And it may experiment on humans and different species, trying to optimize its formulas? I just don't know. I'm only a bottle.
Talking about labels.
Generally speaking, there are no labels. Even so, many bottles have labels and we know very well the labels typologies (uncles, brothers, sisters... ). The name of these labels is: "Don't drink from this bottle!" We can drink, but we must be a little crazy to drink from a love elixir bottle with this kind of label.
You're asking instead for this particularly label: "Drink from this bottle, is safe. Drink it all and you will see."
When you have this label on your own bottle, you may be tented to stick that label to bottles with no labels, to drink and see?
