Thank you I am Back

Morning greets me with a smile as the sunlight streams through warming my eyelids.
I have survived the storm, I have made it through the night.
While recent loss is all around me I embrace the few victories I have been given.
I give thanks for grace, patience, and blessings of family and friends.
Sadness  fills me for recent deaths but no longer threatens to overflow
Life will not be squeezed from me, nor desperation shall be waiting at my door
I will release my tears freely both of sadness and of joy
but will not be bound by darkness shutting down forevermore
Love has truly lifted, clouds have parted way. I am thankful and declare so today.
Hello my many friends, more often shall I visit you and this place
My poetry will still be dark(smile) but reality is no longer gray.
Thank you for standing by me, for sending all your prayers
Thank you Thank you Thank you, and when you need me I'll be there.

    God doesn't give you more than what you cant handle! I know death is never easy and you have to stay strong! Please hang in there and stay positive. Read my blog "Dear God" It might help.

    Starla, I liked the poem. It says to me you have endured great pain & come thru to keep going. It's easy to give up, not giving up is the hard part & it takes great courage to achieve this, which you seem to have. I have to agree w/ val, you do have great legs. take care
