  Hey Jean-

  I did this very thing after my last child was born. Went to the surgeon with a picture form before I had children and said - Put them back. And he did. It was fantastic.

  I got a small implant and a lift - the implant is saline rather than silicone (I felt safer that way) and it feels fine because I had enough breast tissue that you don't feel the implant. I had this done years ago and it's still held up beautifully.

  Thank you for your comment. It is so nice to hear from someone that has gone through this and is happy with the results. I was afraid that they wouldn't feel real with the implants (you always hear that when women go from an A to a C etc) I still want to feel real so that is great news. Thanks again for your comments. =)

  I say, "do what makes you feel most comfortable."

  If your husband loves you the way that you are, and you are comfortable in your own skin, then why change?

  Hi i have also thought of a lift i am a 36 DD myself and I got one child he is 8. But i think it would be safe and ok. My sister had implants 2 yrs ago and is very pleased and has not had any problems. If you feel ok i say go for it.

  I'm not usually one for supporting plastic surgery but if it comes to my SO's body I can only give her so much input by letting her know I would support whatever she chose. She doesn't have to change for me...if she wants the change for her own self esteem, well I can only go so far. Her body, her choice.

  Has anyone had losss of nipple sensitivity? I'd love my youthfull look back, but i'm not willing to lose anything for it.

  I think it depends a lot on the size and shape of the rest of your body. There is a big difference in the appearance of a woman who is a 36DD and who is 5'7" tall and 127 pounds and a woman who is 5'2" tall, weighing in at 155. Both ladies could be a 36DD but for different reason. If you are on the heavier side, I would think that smaller breasts will look out of proportion with the rest of your body and that you should conisder a small implant to help "balance" your shape. If, however, you are of a thinner frame, I would think that just getting the lift without implants would make your breasts higher, firmer, slightly smaller and that would better suit a woman with a thinner frame.

  Speaking of sensitivity (as EMILY posted) I have heard of a few people who lost sensitivity. Also, I have a few friends who are smokers and they healed horribly. They have ugly scars encircling their nipples and on other cut areas. All because they smoke and that makes it harder for them to heal. Dressed, their boobs look great, but they both told me that they feel like freaks if they are naked..they hate their scars.

  I have always headed up the itty bitty commity till I had my kids! LOL I have a pair a gurlz now! I always felt too small and if I could get firmer and bigger I would. I dont think I would get implants tho!
