After being briefly hospitalized with a stomach ailment while competing in the reality series I'm a Celebrity … Get Me Out of Here with husband Spencer Pratt, I feel the world may be reaching for their barf bags quicker than Heidi did after eating bad Mexican when hearing the news of her undressing for the camera.

Details of her Playboy photos are, um, scant: "There is nudity. It's tasteful – she had a lot of fun with it," says a second source.
