  President Elect Obama is a handsome man, but sexy? I don't think so. Isn't Terence Howard black?

  I have no idea how People makes its choice but I do agree there are some gorgeous black men who could make the cut. And let's not forget hot Asian men, like Korean Dennis O. or Edison Chan. There are many sizzling Hispanics, too, like Fernando Carrillo. Now there is a body!!!!

  great point. I became a football 'fanny' the first time I saw Walter Payton's butt in a Bears uniform and it only got better when I saw him (across a room) in person. Don't forget Denzel either. I've always thought Hugh Jackman was good looking but People should diversify their whites only list.

  of course it's a white's only club. just like abercrombie, prime time tv, the news, etc. i remember getting those "have you seen me" fliers every day in the mail reporting lost children. they were always some black or hispanic kid. but the world gets put on hold whenever a cute white kid is missing. Everyone and their mom knows Lacey Peterson and what happened to her. Has anyone here ever heard of the name Latoya Figueroa? probably not. she was a pregnant woman who was killed by her lover just like Peterson, but oh - she was a woman of color, so it was never a major news story. lets face it, the new form of mainstream racism is in subtleties and not the overt ways of the past. white christians still rule the world and everyone else is their background noise and token characters.

  who actually thinks eddie murphy is sexy? he has children that he claims aren't his and in general isn't the nicest guy around.

  hugh jackman is a really lovely guy. sexy isn't about just looks alone - because tyson beckford would win hands down :D yum.

  Why is it always black v's white or white v's black? And who the hell cares what PEOPLE magazine says or any other mag says for that matter. All they do is find the most popular person at the time and use that to sell their magazines and make tons of money. Ok look at the election, every time we get a new president all you see in magazines is them and all thier family right down to their dogs. And why go on about things like this? Does EBONY magazine put white guys on their cover much if at all? I don't care what color of skin a man has if he is sexy then by all means put him on the cover. And I happen to think that Danzel Washington and The Rock are very sexy. And how about Michael Jorden (very hot).

  It must be my age, cause when I look at the sexiest man alive, I thought surly you folks are kidding me.

  E. Murphy is not cute or handsome; however, D. Washington has always been drop dead gorgeous.

  Being from the deep south and the way i was raised i should not be looking at black men much less to have an opinion. Thank goodness the punishments didn't take. When I'm at home my mouth is closed and when I'm not my eyes are twinkling.

  I did realize this a long time ago. They reuse the same guys, year after year & what the hell is that supposed to mean CE "isn't that enough equal rights for you?"
