why are men afraid of labels

My boyfriend if i should call him that does not like to call me his
girlfriend he says he dosent like lables. That we are just dating
until we get married. We have been together for five months and he
asked me yesterday about moving in with him. I dont get it can
someone help me out what is he afraid of. I am the only girl
he is with and i know this for sure we are always together. I am
need some advice can someone please help.
