If you’re having a really good time with a close friend of the opposite gender, and a mutual acquaintance blurts out “Why don’t you two just admit that you love each other!”, how would that make you feel?
This happened to me once and it made me feel angry and violated. My first thought was; who is this person to judge the depth and mutual feelings between me and a close friend? My second thought was that they may have been trying to sabotage my friendship.
How would you feel if this happened to you??
Wishing everyone a beautiful day!
Peace, Love and Harmony,,, Shawn

Report Abusehaha. happened to me three times in my life with two different girls.
first time i was in 9th grade. second time was when i was a senior in high school and the teacher that said it knew our relationship pretty well too. (he actually said, "when are you two gonna get married? you act like an old married couple.") the third time was a few weeks later in the same year from the 2nd girl's mother who said, "John, you have my permission to get with my daughter if and when the time comes." her daughter and i immediately looked at each other remembering our teacher and started laughing uncontrollably.
we actually took it as a compliment every time because both girls i've known since about the 3rd grade and have seen/talked to them just about every day of my life since then. i truly feel like i do love both women (we're all 21 now so girls no longer applies i think) and i would really hate to lose them from my life. in all honesty, i probably would marry either woman if that ever came down to it but we just never really think about it. (it's more of an underlying ideal that it might happen one day)
...not including any time that someone else asks us about it :)
