I guess there is suppose to be a particular looking person, i.e. male, that would be interested in guns.
Well I grew up on a farm so I am no stranger to fire arms. We raised our own beef cows and hogs so there was no need to hunt, but there were wild dogs that would harass the animals. And having a gun just made sense. That's how people protected themselves. Whether from animals or humans.
After I moved to Atlanta firearms was never something I thought about. I was busy working and enjoying my new life.
But last year I was assaulted.
So I bought a gun and took firearms training. And I practice as a responsible gun owner should.
This is my leg after the man assaulted me.
