Some performers listen to music to prepare for a show, others might do vocal exercises to warm up. Aidy Bryant of "Saturday Night Live" does things a little differently. She takes a "friendship nap."
"I share a dressing room with Cecily," she says of her co-star and friend Cecily Strong. "So she and I will take a friendship nap, where we're side by side under blankets resting preshow."
Aidy's favorite skit also involves Cecily. "I love to play Morgan on the 'Girfriends' talk show," she says about the spoof starring two teenage BFFs. "She's a kernel of who I am. She's a put-upon teenager!"
As for her favorite celebrity guest host, Aidy says she loved working with Drake, for more reasons than one. "He was everything. He was just so nice, and he was down for whatever." In one skit during the episode, Aidy played a girl at a sleepover who throws herself at her friend's dad, played by the rapper. "That was truly born out of a real feeling."
