For the last decade, going bare "down there" has been a dominant trend in female grooming, but that seems to be changing. From a cameo appearance in the HBO show "Girls" to American Apparel display mannequins, the fuller natural look is back. Sex therapist Kim Anami stopped by to talk about whether the trend is here to stay.
"We've come from this era where things have been completely bare and bald, and shaven and lasered and removed entirely," she said. "People are starting to come back to the idea that at least a little bit of hair is a good thing."

So what's the proper amount of grooming? Kim says it only takes 30 seconds a day. "I'm a fan of what I call the 'artful trim,'" she explains. "You do a little bit of shaving around the edges ... and then I just cut the hair."
So does waxing decrease sensitivity in the area? Kim addresses the topic in this episode of "Daily Shot." She also explains the benefit of women lifting weights with their nether regions. No, really.
