Here are a couple of easy sweet potato fry recipes I've tried at home to popular results.

    Easy Baked Sweet Potato Fries

    5 sweet potatoes, scrubbed

    1 tablespoon olive oil

    1 teaspoon sea salt

Preheat the oven to 425 degrees. Cut the sweet potatoes into French fry slices. Put them in a mixing bowl. Add the olive oil and sea salt to the mixing bowl and coat the sweet potato fries. Arrange sweet potato fries on a baking sheet. Bake for 30 minutes. Test and flip over for 15 minutes if they need more cooking time.

    Easy Grilled Sweet Potato Fries

    5 sweet potatoes, scrubbed

    1 clove garlic

    1 tablespoon olive oil

    1 teaspoon sea salt

    1 tablespoon shredded Parmesan cheese

Put the potatoes in a pot of boiling water. Boil about 15 minutes, until potatoes are more tender, but still firm. Remove potatoes from water, cool and cut into French fry slices. Heat the grill to medium heat. In a pan on the grill, heat olive oil and mix in garlic. Add the fries. Sprinkle with sea salt and Parmesan. Cook in pan on grill, tossing occasionally, for about ten minutes.
